To open and maintain an m8k8 account, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• Using m8k8 for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Providing false or misleading identity or financial information during registration or verification.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith while retaining withdrawable winnings.

Where an account is closed due to a player-initiated request and there is no outstanding compliance investigation, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met withdrawal conditions will not be returned.
